我跟你们讲过无数次，分析案件时，要设想出各种可能出现的情形以便能够针对所有可能出现的情形都能得出正确的结论。不能选择一种最轻松的学习方式来安慰自己，每天都是轻轻松松看点书，只是想知道别人说了什么，知道别人得出了什么结论，或者知道了一个新名词、新概念，而什么都不思考。……思考什么？首先，吸取别人观点、论证方法的优点，明白别人的书别人的论文好在哪里，哪些方面值得自己学习。不要一见到别人的观点与自己的不同，就不往下看，就立即反对。如果是这样，脑子里就永远只有自己原先装的一点东西，永远也不可能有进步！

肯定了非法债务会受到刑法一定保护。

你们还是要多看书、多训练。看书要看好著作、好论文，不要花时间看一些没有意义的论著。看论文时首先看摘要，摘要里什么观点也没写的，就不要往下看了。摘要有观点后，看看注释多少，其中有没有外国一手资料。看了论文的前几段后发现都是废话的，就不要往下看了。
